Meeting rooms
Are you a voluntary sector organisation? Book a meeting room at our offices at County Hall
We have a number of conference and meeting rooms at our County Hall offices on Westminster Bridge Road.
These facilities may be made available free of charge for meetings of recognised organisations in the voluntary sector that meet our criteria.
- Room 108 - seats 8-10 round a table
- Room 109 - seats 16-20 round a table
- Room 112 - seats 16-20 round a table
- The Conference Room (Room 113) - seats up to 70
The rooms are open from Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.
Additional facilities made available to room users include whiteboards, marker pens, audio-visual equipment, tea and coffee.
